Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics and Insights, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Client Investigation Center product strategy. This includes characterizing and prioritizing key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of data security and customer protection.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer analytics and insights solutions

  • Characterize and prioritize key initiatives, including data security and customer protection, to ensure alignment with arenaflex's overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing, to deliver top-notch customer investigation solutions
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and track progress
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal teams

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management, or

  • 9 years of experience in product management or related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products

  • Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with a focus on accessibility and compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
  • Knowledge of assistive technologies and inclusive design principles
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating open and inclusive products and services that meet arenaflex's accessibility guidelines and standards

Skills and Competencies

* Strong product management skills, with experience in driving product development and execution

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
  • Experience with data security and customer protection, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and customer trust
  • Strong understanding of customer digital identity, customer analytics, and data security trends and advancements
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools
