Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order status, shipping inquiries, and account management.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
