Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints or problems, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges according to company policies.
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing product-related issues.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers, contributing to revenue growth.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience.
  • A track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Must be a peer leader with exemplary attendance, positive attitude, and professional conduct.
  • Driven by success and a desire to innovate and excel in the industry.
  • Pleasant phone demeanor and ability to adapt to different customer personalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with an automatic dialer is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Education Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

* At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
