Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

- Investigating and resolving customer complaints or problems, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.

Essential Qualifications:
