Job Summary

We're seeking Online Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience with arenaflex.

Responsibilities

As an Online Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations
  • Resolving issues related to flight schedules, baggage, and other travel-related concerns
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and flight schedules
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in the airline or travel industry, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
