Treasury Director

We are looking to add a Treasury Director to our team! LOCATION: Remote REPORTS TO: This role reports directly to the Controller in a high-growth pet care innovator, poised to transform how families access trusted pet services nationwide. PAY: $135,000 - $160,000 salary + 20% Bonus Opportunity CORE RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee daily cash management, liquidity forecasting, and cash flow operations to meet operational needs and obligations
- Develop and implement strategies for short-term investments and capital needs
- Manage financial risks
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and manage short-term investments, evaluating opportunities to maximize returns while preserving capital
- Prepare and present treasury reports, forecasts, and analyses to executive leadership
- Implement treasury management systems, banking technologies, and process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other departments on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- CPA, CTP, or CFA strongly preferred
- 10+ years experience in treasury, finance, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, instruments, and risk management
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and tools
- Proficiency with financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to navigate regulatory compliance standards
