The Baldwin Group is represented by Westwood Insurance Agency, one of the largest personal lines agencies in the US. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, assist clients with insurance inquiries, and support the team in providing comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly, research inquiries, and deliver accurate responses to coverage, billing, and policy-related questions
- Rewrite or create new policies tailored to the unique insurance needs of each client by recommending the best coverage options and products
- Keep yourself sharp and up-to-date! Career path internally to other opportunities within
- Take initiative to master additional processes and client-specific procedures to confidently handle secondary areas and provide comprehensive answers to inquiries
- Gain knowledge of department policies and processes to ensure seamless teamwork and client care
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
