Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:

  • Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and protocols, maintaining high-quality work standards
  • Input accurate trip data into our systems, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns to designated departments as needed
  • Multitask effectively, extracting necessary information from multiple systems to provide comprehensive support to our members
  • Review and educate members on our services, insurance coverage, and benefits, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment
  • 6+ months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on organization, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 35wpm or more, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner
  • Ability to work overtime as required, with a flexible schedule to accommodate our after-hours shifts (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
