Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring efficient service scheduling, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

Job Role:

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

• Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
• Collaborating with the dispatch team to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Schedule:

Our flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance:

• Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• The ability to accurately document information into our customer database, Service Titan

Remote Work Requirements:

• High-speed internet access
