Remote Online Chat Agent

What you will be doing: In this role, your day revolves around connecting with customers through real-time messaging. You’ll also work closely with internal teams when needed, ensuring customer concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote chat work worldwide (United States preferred).
