Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Providing Accurate Information: Provide accurate information regarding arenaflex products, services, and experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Creating and Maintaining a Knowledge Base: Create and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and customer service procedures.
  • Analyzing Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and trends to contribute to process improvements and service enhancement.
  • Upholding arenaflex Brand Voice and Values: Uphold arenaflex brand voice and values in all interactions to foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Participating in Training Sessions: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on arenaflex offerings and customer service best practices.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a social media context, is preferred. Familiarity with arenaflex products, services, and brand values is a plus. Experience working in a remote setting or with virtual teams is an advantage.
