About the Role: Customer Care Representative

In this part-time role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, emails, and chats with energy, positivity, and knowledge. Your primary goal will be to demonstrate our commitment to a customer-first culture, empowering homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their home ownership and closing needs. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will focus on ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate updates and solutions clearly and concisely
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions and ensure seamless execution
  • Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet service standards and customer expectations
  • Embody a customer-first culture, demonstrating a positive and energetic approach to customer interactions
  • Continuously learn and improve, seeking feedback and opportunities for growth and development

Essential Qualifications:

  • Highly tuned and professional communication skills for voice, email, and chat
  • Active listening skills and ability to communicate updates and solutions effectively
  • Energetic, positive, and fresh approach to customer inquiries and requests
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate solutions through completion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Residential real estate sales experience
  • Associate's degree
