About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers in our lobbies and at gates. Your role will involve:

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Computer and technology skills: You'll be comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical ability: You'll need to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
- SIDA badge and airport requirements: You'll be required to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Work authorization: You'll need to be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and uniform standards: You'll be expected to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
