Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer inquiries
- Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data to inform outreach efforts
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced environment
- Provide problem resolution through effective communication, both verbally and in writing
- Participate in projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures and working under supervision
