Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be to assist our clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services. This is a freelance position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about arenaflex services

  • Assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter
  • Process customer orders and payments

Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
