Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records to ensure the accuracy of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities
* Study and analyze data to identify errors and discrepancies in eligibility records
- Resolve problems and discrepancies in eligibility records through collaboration with internal and external teams
- Correct errors and discrepancies in eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems and issues
- Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures related to data entry and eligibility records
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis
- Healthcare industry experience
- Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
