Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for deploying and maintaining satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and dependability. Key Responsibilities:

* Deploying and maintaining satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and dependability

  • Ensuring the smooth operation and confirming the functionality of the service, while effectively promoting and invoicing video services to customers
  • Conducting the process of fitting equipment in distinct surroundings such as infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and small cavities
  • Making use of corporate technology to efficiently handle orders and transport company vehicles to job sites
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of entertainment technology

Qualifications and Experience:

* Possession of a valid driver's license that is valid in the state where the vehicle is operating

  • Ability to operate autonomously while delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to accommodate fluctuating work schedules, such as working on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required
  • Fulfilling the requirements of mandatory drug testing, security checks, and physical assessments
  • Previous experience in a comparable position or a technical domain is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
