Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, and your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Utilize Microsoft suite to manage data entry tasks and communicate with team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Work Environment and Schedule

* This is a remote role with the option to work from home after completing an 8-week paid training period

  • The training period will be fully onsite, and you will be required to work a block schedule (2 weeks work from home, 1 week in office)
  • Hours of work are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with no exceptions to this schedule
