In this role, you will be a strategic catalyst for change across the APAC region, directly influencing the digital transformation of the construction industry by mastering specialty portfolios like EarthWorks, RoadWorks, SiteWorks, WorksManager and Trimble Business Center. You will hold the unique power to shape regional go-to-market strategies and drive the shift toward modern subscription models, making a lasting mark on how major infrastructure projects are executed.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Operate as a regional technology evangelist, leading market education and user activities to champion Trimble Civil Construction solutions.

  • Drive the adoption of subscription-based models by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute precision-targeted go-to-market strategies.

  • Empower our global distribution network through comprehensive technical training, ensuring partners can effectively implement hardware and software on heavy earthmoving equipment.

  • Interface directly with high-level customers to provide technical guidance and ensure the seamless deployment of site infrastructure and field survey solutions.

  • Shape future product development by gathering critical market intelligence on competitor activity and emerging construction trends.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive expertise in Machine Control technology and heavy earthmoving applications, including hardware and back-office software workflows.

  • Proven ability to enable sales partners by translating complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated experience in construction, engineering, or surveying with a strong grasp of the APAC market landscape.

  • Customer-centric problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach to exceeding sales targets.

Bonus Points For:

  • Specific experience with Trimble EarthWorks, RoadWorks, or SiteWorks ecosystems.

  • Advanced understanding of term-based software offerings and subscription sales strategies.

Logistics:

Location: Australia or Korea, Remote

Travel Requirement: Up to 70% in the first year, tapering to 50% thereafter.
