Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems, databases, and records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring that information is accurate and reliable
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless data entry and processing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of independence and motivation
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis

Qualifications

* Data Entry Clerk: 1 year of experience (required)

  • Excel/Filing: 1 year of experience (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
