Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You'll work in a designated retail location, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, and connecting personally with our customers to uplift their lives. Key Responsibilities

Some of your key duties may include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
• Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of customer orders

Physical Demands

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including:

• Lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

• Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, freestanding location, partner retailer, or warehouse lobby.
• Activity: You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
• Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment.
• Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those found in a grocery store.
• Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units.
