Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Care Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:

  • Talking with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
  • Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
  • Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
  • Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need:

  • The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call.
  • Availability to work a variety of work shifts.
  • The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to details and data entry/typing 30 wpm (including 10 key).
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Reliable Windows PC – must have 8GB RAM.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
