Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
- Talking with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
- Documenting the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
- Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

Requirements
To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call.
- Availability to work a variety of work shifts.
- The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to details and data entry/typing 30 wpm (including 10 key).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Reliable Windows PC – must have 8GB RAM.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Experience with CRM software and data entry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
