Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow existing business and acquire new business.
  • Building a superior sales team that delivers an exceptional customer experience.
  • Driving and tracking the team's performance to achieve sales goals.
  • Inspiring individual and team performance through ongoing training, development, coaching, recognition, and reward.
  • Handling financial, budget, and sales reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Experience in a quota-based sales environment
  • Billing and POS systems knowledge
  • A valid driver’s license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master’s degree.
  • Led a sales team. Ideally, in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Track record of strong sales results. Ideally, individual and team.
  • Business planning and proposal writing experience
  • Experience in Retail SMB
