About the Role

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be leading a team of customer care professionals to deliver outstanding service to our customers. You'll be responsible for:
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a customer care team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensuring that resources are in place and trained to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Tracking and handling call volume for optimal efficiency.
  • Maintaining the highest quality of service by monitoring employee-customer interactions and mentoring the team on how to improve.
  • Applying policies, procedures, and guidelines appropriately and setting the example for interpersonal skills, work ethic, and judgment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, it's even better if you have:
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Customer service or call center experience, ideally with technical products or services.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in customer service or a call center environment.

Where You'll Be Working

As a remote employee, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. We offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows you to work from anywhere.

Scheduled Weekly Hours

This is a 40-hour per week position.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is between $68,000.00 and $126,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
