Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and solutions to their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer service role in a work-from-home environment - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services - Experience with software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills
