Business Development Manager - Luxury Travel

TCS operates luxury jet tours under our brand, as well as for strategic partners, including Four Seasons as well as custom, bespoke travel experiences. Our expertise has led us to be the most-awarded jet expedition company in the world! We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join our team! The ideal individual will think strategically across our business to secure bookings and build impactful relationships with our travel agency community and other partnerships. This is a remote working role with travel required ~40% travel, primarily within the US as well as internationally on occasion. We are open to people based ideally in either Texas or the Midwest regions. What we’ll offer:

  • Competitive Compensation plan: $85,000 to $90,000 base with an annual bonus scheme between 10-20%.

What you’ll do:

  • Strengthen relationships with travel agency partners to drive repeat and new bookings through training, targeted marketing, events, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and execute a strategic plan to prioritize and engage high-value agency partners (and identify new ones).
  • Create and launch new programs and marketing initiatives that boost awareness of TCS offerings among agencies and their high-net-worth clients.
  • Maintain precise campaign and lead tracking in Salesforce.
  • Meet prospective guests in person to present trip options and convert interest into bookings.
  • Track performance with monthly analytics and reporting.
  • Manage budgets and evaluate ROI on all initiatives.
  • Share regular insights with Sales, BD, and Marketing on wins, challenges, and action plans.
  • Stay fully informed on all TCS products and operations while building strong cross-department relationships.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in business development or outside sales positions for high-value luxury products/services (travel a plus).
  • Proven relationship-driven sales approach with a track record of building strong partnerships.
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and prioritization skills. Highly self-sufficient, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Established network within luxury travel agencies strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communicator - verbal, written, and in group presentations.
  • Skilled in Salesforce and MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Calm and professional under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable team player who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Genuine passion for experiential travel is essential.
