Key Responsibilities

As a Fully Remote Customer Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Assisting with customer inquiries regarding orders, accounts, services, and products, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service requests, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
  • Providing customers with clear instructions and support to meet their needs, and helping to streamline internal processes to improve customer experience and team efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products, and using this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work setting.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate various digital platforms, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Shift
