Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and supporting the Management Team in ensuring the overall success of our locations. You'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and facing products
  • Assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations
  • Participate in training new team members and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Submit grocery orders for approval, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to achieve sales goals and promote products
  • Review and suggest changes to build-to's, ensuring optimal product placement and visual appeal
  • Provide feedback on the fast food service area and suggest improvements
  • Complete reports, including shift close-out reports, and submit them to the Store Manager for review
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, inventory management, and vendor interactions
  • Participate in safety inspections, report incidents, and maintain a safe working environment
  • Perform other related tasks and activities as assigned by the Management Team

Minimum Qualifications and Prerequisites:

+ High School diploma or equivalent preferred + Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude + Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time + Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software + Well-organized and able to manage time effectively + Good people interaction skills and ability to work with diverse teams + Flexible schedule, including availability to work all shifts and days of the week

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment + Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods + Strong communication and problem-solving skills
