Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing escalated customer inquiries through phone support, offering solutions to complex issues
  • Providing excellent customer service with a focus on resolving concerns efficiently and professionally

Qualifications
