Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Specialist to join our team in New Caney, TX. As an entry-level role, this position offers an excellent opportunity for someone starting out to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With no previous experience required, we provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with data entry and basic organization using Google Sheets
  • Providing support to the telemarketing team with administrative tasks
  • Learning to manage tasks independently with team support
  • Helping to organize and execute daily operations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role

  • Knowledge of Google Sheets and other productivity tools
  • Experience working in a telemarketing or customer service environment
  • Certification in a related field (e.g. administrative assistance, data entry)
