This on-demand role is designed to support our flight teams in delivering the exceptional level of service, professionalism, and discretion expected by private aviation clients and aircraft owners. This is an on-call, trip-based, W-2 supplemental position, compensated at $1,000 per flight day, ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, high-service aviation environment and are available to support trips as operational needs arise. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong background in catering or hospitality, and a professional appearance that reflects diversity and a global perspective. The candidate must reside within a 2-hour commute of Van Nuys Airport (VNY) for operational readiness.
