• Lead teams of software engineers to create market‑leading solutions.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing engineering talent.
• Oversee team leaders to support their missions and delivery commitments.
• Identify workflow roadblocks to enable continuous delivery at scale.
• Inspire and coach team leaders for ongoing professional development.
• Ensure product security, compliance, and reliability for customers.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the vision and strategy.
• Partner with Product leadership to align on strategic commitments.
• Build cross‑functional relationships to enhance user experiences.
• Facilitate process and practice maturity for global growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software development and data solution development.
• 2+ years of experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
• Strong technical expertise in modern development practices.
• Ability to balance leadership and delivery in a player‑coach role.
• Exceptional skills in mentoring, coaching, and career development.
• Experience with large‑scale ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Track record in high‑volume data environments with large datasets.
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture and CDC patterns.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure, especially AWS data services.
