EOLA Power is a rapidly growing critical power company in the United States, servicing UPS systems, batteries, and mission-critical infrastructure for various industries. They are seeking a Sales Account Executive to grow the Atlanta market by building relationships, managing proposals, and developing the territory with strong internal support. This remote role requires ownership, discipline, and motivation for career growth within the critical power industry.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
  • Develop and grow the Atlanta territory through site visits, meetings, and relationship-building
  • Conduct client visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
  • Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy
  • Represent EOLA Power professionally in the field and in front of customers
  • Spend time in front of customers visiting job sites and facilities, building relationships in the Atlanta market, generating opportunities and managing active deals, traveling your territory and representing EOLA Power
  • Actively prospect, prepare proposals, manage follow-up, and build pipeline when not in front of customers

Skills

  • Experience in one or more of the following: Industrial or technical sales, Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries, Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical), Selling PM contracts or technical services, Experience developing or growing a territory is a strong plus
  • Ability to learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
  • Ability to develop and grow the Atlanta territory through site visits, meetings, and relationship-building
  • Ability to conduct client visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
  • Ability to work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
  • Ability to build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
  • Ability to maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy
  • Ability to represent EOLA Power professionally in the field and in front of customers
  • Independence, ownership, and strong personal discipline
  • Experience developing or growing a territory is a strong plus
