Summary

Organization: Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group (InnoCoDev) This team will operate as a dedicated strategic function within Professional Services, working closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success. Our mission is to accelerate the delivery of industry-wide solutions through strategic co-development partnerships with key customers. This initiative will establish a SWAT team within Professional Services to identify, cultivate, and operationalize these partnerships, demonstrating Guidewire Professional Services’ unique value proposition and capturing premium service opportunities. Role Overview As a Business Architect, you’ll be a senior domain leader who ensures that customer needs, industry practices, and InnoCoDev solutions remain tightly aligned. You’ll define and scale business frameworks that guide co-development projects across multiple customers and markets.

• Lead requirements definition and validation for co-development initiatives.
• Shape reusable business frameworks and solution patterns across multiple accounts.
• Act as the bridge between industry knowledge and solution design.
• Influence product direction by bringing continuous market insights into Guidewire development.
• Mentor Business Analysts, helping them grow into versatile consultants.
• Represent InnoCoDev externally as a thought partner to customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in P&C insurance operations, systems, or transformation.
• Strong track record of business architecture, process design, or consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops with executives and shape customer decisions.
• Recognized as a trusted advisor with deep industry expertise.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $186,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
