As a pivotal member of our dynamic organization, you will play a key role in leading sales efforts in North America, specifically targeting the electric vehicles sector within mining. Your contributions will drive strategic initiatives, form essential partnerships, and significantly impact market growth and profitability. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and innovative sales strategies, all within a fully remote setup. Accountabilities

  • Create and implement strategies to increase company revenue and enhance brand value.
  • Work with executive leadership to develop dynamic and flexible business strategies.
  • Advise on electric vehicle industry trends and contribute to growth strategies.
  • Analyze existing business strategies and provide recommendations for future growth.
  • Find and develop potential new accounts and partnerships.
  • Drive Business Development to meet regional sales targets.
  • Assist in setting investment direction for profitable growth.
  • Participate in seminars and industry events representing the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in the Mining or Mining Technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong understanding of the mining industry and relevant software solutions.
  • Established relationships with decision-makers in the mining industry.
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for business growth.
  • Success in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Ability to lead across diverse locations.
  • Timely decision-making skills in complex situations.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of industry value propositions and use cases.
