About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading, supporting, and developing a team of Product and Compliance Trainers while ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of training across all product categories and industry segments.

You’ll combine hands-on training delivery with operational oversight, performance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, acting as a senior point of expertise within the training function. The role plays a critical part in supporting commercial performance by ensuring customers, distributors, and internal teams remain confident, compliant, and well-supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Line manage and develop a team of Product and Compliance Trainers through coaching, performance reviews, and objective setting
  • Drive consistent trainer capability and performance through the SC Johnson  Performance Management Process (PMP) process and SMART objectives
  • Support effective journey planning, workload prioritisation, and act as an escalation point for operational issues
  • Deliver and oversee high-quality training across all product categories, distributors, and end users
  • Ensure training content, delivery, and outcomes remain compliant, consistent, and continuously improved
  • Review and analyse training performance data, feedback, and reporting to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Maintain oversight of Salesforce, HubSpot, e-learning platforms, and associated administrative processes
  • Act as a key liaison between Training, Sales, and internal stakeholders, supporting projects and commercial growth

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Recognised training qualification and/or extensive training delivery experience
  • Experience supporting, coaching, or leading others
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to analyse data and use insight to drive continuous improvement
  • Full, clean driving licence
