Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Product Information Management (PIM) Technical Lead to join our team! This role will be crucial in driving the technical aspects of our product data management and inventory systems. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of our Oracle PIM solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Oracle PIM and Inventory modules, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You will be a key contributor to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our product data.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:

    • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle PIM solution

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members

    • Establish and enforce development standards and best practices

    • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality

  • Oracle PIM Expertise:

    • Design and configure Oracle PIM modules (e.g., data modeling, workflow, data governance) to meet business requirements

    • Develop and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and reports within Oracle PIM

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle PIM

    • Perform system performance tuning and optimization

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle PIM releases and features

  • Data Management:

    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Oracle PIM and related systems

    • Implement data quality rules and processes

    • Manage data migrations and conversions

  • System Integration:

    • Design and implement integrations between Oracle PIM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, e-commerce platforms)

    • Utilize integration technologies such as web services, APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • Project Management:

    • Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution

    • Manage technical deliverables and ensure timely completion

    • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to define and prioritize requirements

  • Support and Maintenance:

    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle PIM

    • Respond to and resolve production incidents and service requests

    • Perform system upgrades and patching

    • Create and maintain technical documentation

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle PIM and inventory technical development and implementation

  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle PIM modules

  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration technologies

  • Experience with web services and APIs

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We Would Prefer:

  • Oracle PIM certifications

  • Experience with Oracle database administration

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Experience with cloud-based Oracle PIM deployments

  • Experience with data governance and master data management principles

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
