Summary

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Supply Chain organization. We are looking for a Supply Chain Scheduler to collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, Global Operations, and the Supply Chain team to ensure stock availability, maintain production schedules, monitor plant capacity and managing transportation assets for the last mile fleet. This is a remote position. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics schedules and production utilization levels across marketing partner manufacturing facilities 
  • Monitor inventory levels at assigned plants and terminals 
  • Work on and support cross-functional teams to meet customer demands 
  • Daily reporting on inventory levels, supply performance and delivery performance
  • Conducts research on transportation methods, fleet optimization and schedule optimization 
  • Develops programs to audit and monitor supply chain performance 
  • Enhance delivery execution by avoiding runouts 
  • Maintain customer and supplier relationships

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Procurement
  • High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other business-related program 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to function in a team-oriented environment 
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
