Job Description

We're seeking an experienced data entry professional to join our remote team as an administrative assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Processing and verifying data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Providing administrative support to our team members, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing documents
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and administration

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems and databases + Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness + Maintain data integrity and security

  • Administrative Support:

+ Provide administrative assistance to team members, including responding to emails, making phone calls, and preparing documents + Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets + Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events

  • Communication:

+ Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients + Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Continuous Learning:

+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and administration + Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Knowledge of database management and data analysis

  • Certification in data entry, administration, or a related field
