About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maryland. As a Work from Home (WFH / Remote) CSR, you'll play a critical role in providing crucial information and support to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with eligibility, enrollment for Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange. You'll use the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver top-notch service to Maryland consumers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers

  • Assist with eligibility, enrollment for Medicaid, and Qualified Health Plans through the State's Exchange
  • Use the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, CRM software, and other systems to deliver top-notch service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to navigate and utilize various online systems effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
