Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service and technical assistance to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support for medical device products and services
  • Responding to inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot, research, and resolve product issues
  • Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
  • Educating customers on product usage and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience
  • Maintaining productivity standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely with a dedicated home workstation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical users
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively
  • Must be available to work between 7:00am and 8:00pm (schedule may vary)
