Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner, providing resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Processing financial transactions, including payments, refunds, and account updates, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Documenting customer interactions, including the nature of inquiries, resolutions provided, and any follow-up actions.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to access customer information, track interactions, and manage task workflows.
  • Providing product and service information to customers, clarifying features and benefits.
  • Handling escalations and complaints, using active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations and address customer concerns.
  • Adhering to compliance and security protocols, including data protection and privacy regulations, to protect customer information and maintain the integrity of arenaflex's operations.
