What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Some of the key qualifications and skills we're looking for include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a preference for remote customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills, including general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
