We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
