Job Description
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You will work closely with our global-class software and platform teams to design and implement software integrations that meet our scalable and nimble requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
- Implementation of JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize the software onboarding
- Strong exposure to standard identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience
- Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies
- Tremendous mindset
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible
Skills and Competencies
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
