Key Responsibilities:
As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via live chat or email to resolve any issues they may have
- Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide expert support
- Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product
- Taking on non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests
Essential Qualifications:
* Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy talking to people and solving their problems
- Ability to handle challenging customers (though we have very few of those!)
- Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level
- Comfortable working with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed
- Ability to write technical documentation and articles
- Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks in a small startup environment
- Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm)
Nice to Have:
* Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization
- Experience working with B2B SaaS
- Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian
- Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, or video editing
