Key Responsibilities:

As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via live chat or email to resolve any issues they may have
  • Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to provide expert support
  • Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product
  • Taking on non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests

Essential Qualifications:

* Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Enjoy talking to people and solving their problems
  • Ability to handle challenging customers (though we have very few of those!)
  • Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level
  • Comfortable working with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed
  • Ability to write technical documentation and articles
  • Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks in a small startup environment
  • Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm)

Nice to Have:

* Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS
  • Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian
  • Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, or video editing
