FCC is a federal Crown corporation committed to supporting Canadian agriculture and food. As a Relationship Manager, you will manage relationships with local producers and develop a loan portfolio to tailor financing packages that meet customer needs.

Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field
  • Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
  • Valid driver's licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings
  • Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
