Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Chat Specialist (CS), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via online chat. You'll engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and work collaboratively with our team to resolve issues and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
  • Gaming experience is helpful, but not required

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
