The Role

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our patients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving billing and account-related issues, updating insurance coverage, and arranging financial agreements. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Answer and document all telephone inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Learn and understand ETM software operation, billing, and account operations
  • Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed
  • Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
  • Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management

Qualifications and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
  • Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
  • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply
