Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers via live chat and email, providing solutions, sales links, and discounts to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions promptly, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborating with our team to provide seamless support and ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Details

* Contract Length: Open-ended, no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Hours per week: Flexible, 5 – 40 hours per week
  • Location: Fully remote (United States preferred)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device capable of internet browsing (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Reliable internet connection
