Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries through live chat and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email, tackling everything from routine questions to more detailed support issues
  • Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer problems
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer problems, escalating concerns when necessary
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience (in-person, phone, or online)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
